You can place an order on the website 24/7 or in Direct on the Instagram page @theheartnote from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
HOW TO PAY FOR AN ORDER?
Online card payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay) is made through the Plata By Mono payment service.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND COSTS OF DELIVERY?
Orders are delivered from Kyiv throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta to a branch or post office.
Orders worth over UAH 1,500 are delivered free of charge. Orders worth up to UAH 1,500 are shipped at your expense according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
It is possible to deliver your order by taxi in Kyiv.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We ship orders from Kyiv within 1-2 business days.
If you place an order from Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM, we will ship it on the same day. The delivery time depends on the place of receipt. For an accurate calculation of the delivery time, please use the "Delivery time" section on the Nova Poshta website.
WHAT TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN RECEIVING?
When you receive your order, carefully check it for integrity.
If you notice any defects or damage, contact Nova Poshta operators immediately and report the problem. Nova Poshta is responsible for external damage.
If the product is damaged internally, please write to us on Instagram Direct @theheartnote and we will help resolve the situation.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
According to the current provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
If the product is defective or does not match your order, please contact us on Instagram Direct @theheartnote. We are open to communication and, depending on the situation, will assist with an exchange or return.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT WRAPPING?
We offer several gift design options:
- Gift boxes — made of designer paper, have a magnetic clasp for easy opening and a compartment designed for three care products. Inside the box there is also a key for the cream, neatly packed in a separate branded packaging.
- Branded packaging for sets - tactilely pleasant to the touch, high-quality boxes with a slot for the products, which ensures their reliable fixation. Such packaging is available for the following sets: set of three hand creams, set of gel + cream, set of cream + lotion.
- Gift bags - suitable for gift boxes, sets and individual products.
