7.1. The Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, in particular, regarding the impossibility of returning and exchanging the Seller's perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality.

7.2. The return and exchange of the Seller's perfume and cosmetic products of inadequate quality is regulated by this section of the Offer.

7.3. The Seller does not provide any warranties for the Goods.

7.4. In the event of receiving Goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller by e-mail specified in the Offer to complete an Application for return or exchange of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). The Application is completed by sending the Buyer an Application template for completion by the latter and returning the completed Application to the Seller.

7.5. The Buyer is obliged to attach to the Application the document(s) drawn up in compliance with the requirements stipulated in clause 6.6 of the Offer.

7.6. The Seller shall consider the Application within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt from the Buyer.

7.7. In the event of receipt of Goods of inadequate quality and subject to the execution of the Application, the Buyer has the right:

• to replace the Goods of inadequate quality with a similar Goods of adequate quality; or
• to return the Goods of inadequate quality and get a refund; or
• for a proportional reduction in the value of the Goods, as agreed by the Parties; or
• other rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

If it is impossible to replace the Goods of inadequate quality with similar Goods of adequate quality, the Seller has the right to refuse to satisfy such a requirement of the Buyer. Instead, the Seller is obliged to satisfy another requirement stipulated in this clause.

7.8. The return of Goods of inadequate quality shall be carried out in the same manner as the delivery of the Goods, and if it is impossible to return the Goods in the same manner - in another manner, by agreement of the Parties. The costs associated with the return of the Goods shall be borne by the Seller.

7.9. The Buyer's requirements stipulated in clause 7.7 of the Offer shall be satisfied within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

7.10. The Seller has the right to refuse to satisfy the Buyer's requirements stipulated in clause 7.7 of the Offer in the event of:

• incorrect execution of the Application and/or failure to provide the Seller with the document(s) drawn up to fulfill the requirements stipulated in clause 6.6 of the Offer; or
• return of a different product than the one received by the Buyer; or
• return of the Goods by the Delivery Service on cash on delivery terms for the received Goods.
